Alumnae Support
One of the first steps we take on our own is going to college. The journey is often winding and confusing. That’s why connecting with local Kappa alumnae can lend a helping hand in seeing our personal vision through.
The alumnae women are an invaluable resource to our chapter as we flourish and grow through college. They offer support in the form of networking, advice and reminding us that our sisterhood is for a lifetime. These women are true sisters and friends that prompt us to live our ritual each day.
Hi! I'm Sarah Herbsman and I am the Education Chairman for Gamma Iota. Last semester, I worked to plan a variety of senior programming events for the graduating class. I also organized and executed Senior Brunch, and made a few changes to the event with the help of my advisor. This semester, I had the chance to plan our Founder's Day Luncheon with the St. Louis Alumni Association at the Old Warson Country Club. The chapter had a wonderful time getting to know some of the Kappa alumni in the area, and we were able to honor many Kappa alumnae, including an alum from Gamma Iota receiving her 65 year pin.
